Important Note about data collection interval for Nov-Dec 15

The Nov 15 raw data is 1-minute data to 06-11-15 14:07. There is then missing data for 8 minutes, after which the Archive interval goes to 5-minute data. This was due to a server change and the default archive of 5-minute being set.

The Dec 15 raw data (2015-12.txt) is 5-min intervals and continues to 1100hrs 04 Jan 16 when it was discovered and reverted back to 1-minute data.
